Today! Two cats cutely enjoying Japanese festivals appear! Each is packed with summer-like elements, and their pose raising a hand sharply is way too cute~!

Both cats have cute pink paw pads, don't they~!! What these two are wearing is an outfit called a happi coat! The happi coat is formal wear born in the Edo period, and the culture of being an outfit worn during festivals since then has been handed down to modern times, worn of course by officials and executive committees running festivals, as well as small children coming to play!
