Kiiroitori is a small, cute, yellow bird that appears in the RILAKKUMA series. The name comes from the fact that he is a little bird with a body that is yellow, just as it appears. He is a pet bird that Kaoru-San, who is housing Rilakkuma and his friends, keeps at home. Since Rilakkuma and his friends started living there and things started to get messy, he started cleaning and doing housework by himself, coming out of his cage.

He has a very meticulous and clean personality. He's a bit impatient at times and gets angry at Rilakkuma and his friends for leaving things messy. However, he gets along very well with Rilakkuma and his friends, often taking care of them, playing with them, and enjoying lazing around with them as if they were family. According to him, he says he can fly, but his flying figure hasn't been witnessed much.
