What is Gu-nokani?

Gu-nokani is a series of crab characters born to defeat all other crabs in the world.
Unlike typical crabs, Gu-nokani is characterized by tightly clenched fists in a rock pose. This 'rock' is a strong move against 'scissors' in the traditional Japanese game 'Rock-Paper-Scissors' (where scissors cut paper, paper wraps rock, and rock crushes scissors), and Gu-nokani was born to oppose all crabs with scissors using this rock pose.
So, this crab was born to compete against all other crabs that were born with scissors???
When you think about it, their determined expressions are cute too! Not just Gachapon, but also a series of plush toys are being released, and this slightly combative expression is considered adorable and has become a topic in Japan!
