Who is Chimera (Chiikawa)?

Chimera is a character who, despite appearing in just one episode, left a lasting impact on many fans due to its strong presence.
In the anime version, it appeared only in episode 16. Suddenly appearing in tears at Chiikawa's side, who was leisurely eating snacks, and lamenting, “I've become like this......”, it showed its ferocious claws and attempted to attack Chiikawa.
Its resemblance to Chiikawa and others, including its crying, sparked fan theories that it might be a mutated form of a small character like Chiikawa and friends.
It only appeared in episode 16!? And yet, there are so many merchandise released for it...... .
Not only does the world of Chiikawa exude cuteness, but it also encapsulates a hint of madness, which this character embodies. That's why it's incredibly loved by a portion of the fans and is a character whose reappearance is highly anticipated!
