What is Yoroi-san?

Yoroi-san is a sub-character that appears in Chiikawa: Nanka Chiisakute Kawaii Yatsu.
As it appears, it's a humanoid species that looks like it's clad in armor (plate armor).
It can refer to an individual name or a term that refers to the entire species.
Primarily responsible for monitoring and supporting Chiikawa's extermination missions, and it appears to be in charge of job placements like 'weeding' or 'hunting' for Chiikawa looking for work.
