In Japan, 'Hanayori Dango' means 'preferring substance over style'—basically, enjoying food like dango more than just admiring beautiful flowers. It doesn’t specifically mean sakura, but you hear it a lot in spring. Maybe because cherry blossoms and dango go well together? It just feels like a spring expression!
Back on topic—the new kitty mascot completely embodies the spirit of 'Hanayori Dango'! It’s a bit small at H140×W70×D110mm, and it comes with a larger hook on its head so you can attach it to your bag!
