Hello everyone~! I'm Saori from Kawaii Republic!

This time! Just like the Sumikko Gurashi characters we introduced before, these characters have also been turned into celebratory plushies for the New Year!

In Japan, New Year traditions include displaying items like the zodiac sign of the year, Mt. Fuji (considered lucky if it appears in your first dream), and kagami mochi, an offering to the gods of the year! These four plushies perfectly capture all of those elements! They're adorable, and the RILAKKUMA plushie with a Mt. Fuji theme is super cute~! (It's also amazing that it can stand on its own!)

Personally, I think the Kiiroitori plushie, which combines both the Mt. Fuji (its blue color) and snake (its coiled shape) elements, feels like an all-in-one set and is wonderful!
