Hello everyone! I'm Saori from Kawaii Republic!
This time! A new character has appeared as part of San-X's 2024 lineup, but they are kind of weak-willed! They get easily influenced by others' opinions and tend to postpone everything because things feel too bothersome! But that’s exactly what makes them so relatable! Such a character has arrived!

I want to try hard! But I can't resist temptation! I end up pampering myself no matter what! And I can't help but find that so cute! San-X's new character Ishiyowa-chan is here!
The character I'm introducing today is this cute dog character, Ishiyowa-chan! A new character that began its activities around April 2024, and their personality is......
A dog who gives up after just three days and tends to spoil themselves.
Because of their weak will, even their once-perky ears and tail have started drooping......
Their catchphrase is “Tomorrow for sure.”
The bone hair clip, their charm point, is something they wear because they want to become a more “strong-willed” dog. But in reality, they still get their work done properly.
It seems like they have the motivation, but it just takes so long to get started! I can totally relate! It's such a pain to even begin, right? Ishiyowa-chan is way too easy on themselves, but that's what makes them so cute! And new merch featuring Ishiyowa-chan is being released one after another!
By the way, Ishiyowa-chan has a coworker, a strong-willed cat called 'Ishitsuyo-chan'. So cute. This cat is strong-minded, gets things done exactly as planned, and seems to have a very stoic personality! They're adorable opposites, aren't they?
