Chiikawa is a character appearing in the manga 'Chiikawa: Nanka Chiisakute Kawaii Yatsu', illustrated by Nagano-Sensei and shared on SNS, which is published in Japan.
Although not officially mentioned, it has been represented by a mouse icon on Nagano-Sensei's SNS, and it is said to be a character with a mouse motif.
It basically does not speak lines and expresses its emotions through cries and shouts like 'Fu!', 'Yaaaah!!', 'Yaaaah!!'.
