Everything was packed with care and my order arrived in great condition. I like that your service open to ordering items upon request. If shipping could be a bit faster it would be a nice plus, but overall a good experience :)

I purchased a Chiikawa plush! Although the shipping took a little longer than expected, the packaging was very careful and secure. The staff was kind and helpful, and I’d love to order again.

I appreciated how quickly Yoshii responded to my questions regarding the package delivery and assisted me with what I needed to make it easier to receive the package. The packages were exactly as described and the quality of the plushies were excellent. I also enjoyed the little bonus item included with the package. It was definitely worth the purchase and I absolutely would recommend the site to others looking for products.
